"Color matched well"
The color was close to what I expected from the photos. In person, it looks mostly the same to me, maybe just a tiny bit different depending on the lighting, but overall I’m happy with it.

I ordered from shop-sova.com the checkout part was quick and easy. The pages loaded without any issues, my payment went through on the first try, and the steps were clear without a bunch of annoying pop-ups getting in the way.
I got the order confirmation right away too, so that part worked like it should. Still, if there was any issue on their end afterward, I’d expect at least a simple apology instead of just acting like everything was fine. I’d probably use the site again, but basic customer courtesy matters

"Really like how it looks"
I really like the design, honestly. It just looks nice in a simple, clean way, like it would fit on a desk, a shelf, a nightstand, a kitchen counter, pretty much anywhere. The style feels modern without being too flashy, and the overall look is just really pleasant.

I ordered thinking the delivery would be straightforward, but it kept getting delayed and I barely got any clear updates. it made a really bad first impression. The package did show up eventually, but it was later than I actually needed it. Customer service did respond, but they weren’t all that helpful. I’d definitely think twice before ordering again...

I ordered from shop-sova.com and wasnt totally sure how the sizing would go, but it ended up working out better than I expected.
I checked the size guide and just went with my usual size. It fits pretty much how I hoped, not too tight and not loose or baggy. The sleeves and length were good too, which is usually where I run into issues.
Overall Im really happy with it. Its always nice when something shows up and you dont have to deal with returning it because the fit is off

"Refund got sorted quicker than I expected"

I ordered from shop-sova.com and, i already had a feeling the shipping would be decent based on what I’d seen, so this kind of just confirmed it for me. Tracking came through quickly, and the package ended up showing up earlier than I thought it would. Everything arrived in good shape too, so no complaints there. Super easy overall, and I’d probably order again mainly because the shipping was so smooth...
